how to create aid:pstyle with style name in indesign style group?

I have to create a style attribute in XML to apply style name for indesign flow,

I can create style as style name in indesign as follows:

<para aid:pstyle="Heading1">........</para>

but I can not create and apply style if this 'Heading1' style is in stylegroup of indesign

please suggest a way to solve this
