Can anyone inform me if there is some ISO standard for the simple XSD file and not metadata XSD(for geometric data).I know ISO 19139 meant for schema of metadata but I can not find standard related to the basic XSD ie Application schema I want to know if ISO 19135 is meant for the same or not
