Apache FOP Xsl template

I have just started using Apache Fop template for producing pdf report using java, i wanted to create the Xsl template which will display the data in pdf in the following format. and there is a restriction in number of pages should not be greater than 2. Please anybody have knowledge in XSL template design please help me with this.
