ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 1016 bytes (qmxlu subheap,qmemNextBuf:alloc)

I'm getting following error when I try to extract data from large XML (around 1GB) to Oracle. I've googled and tried everything of StackOverflow as well. However, I'm not getting through with this error. My OS is windows with 8GB RAM and I've increased PGA as well but no benifit, please tell me the solution its bit urgent:
