Ant XML Customized Folder Name

I am new to Ant and XML and i need some help in a problem.

I want to create a root folder whose name would be something like

_etc

I only managed to obtain the timestamp. But the idea is that and reprezent some information i will obtain later, from a rtf file. How can i specify that those are number or string variables and how do i link this information from the rtf file with the appropriate xml code?

If i haven't been specific enough, let me knok. I would really need some help.
