Open a specific article from a displayed feed in a new page

I want to display a feed on my website with just the titles of articles, categories and their publish dates.

Is it possible that when I click on the title, a new window opens and it extracts the data from the xml feed and echo's the title, catecorie, publish date and description on that page, including a page back button?
