Building a file hosting website, need to ask about SEO for uploaded file download pages

I am currently building a File Upload website like mediafire.com, uploaded.com, depositfiles.com and so forth.

I want to know what route to approach to show up with Download links on google. For example to make sure you understand me, I will give an example.

I search on Google: Download jack and diane movie 2011

Returned search result for my site: Download | jack and diane movie | Title

And once they click the link, it takes them to the file download page for example, janddiane2011/html whatever.

But I am having trouble on how to achieve this, because currently my script uses GET_['id'] which in return generates the page results incase someone is linking to my site to download a file.

So there is no static pages like downloaduploadedfile1.html, downloaduploadedfile2.html

so I am totally confused how these upload sites like zippyshare.com show all their download links on google. Any ideas?
