Dynamics Crm Plugin Registration tool Unable to Install profiler

i'm working on dynamics crm 2011 on premise. i'm unable to install the plugin Profiler it's getting that Unable to import the solution for the Plug-in Profiler.

Could anybody help out. how to fix this?
