GetNamedItem() vs. index

Is there a difference between method GetNamedItem("test") and access by index in XmlAttributeCollection? Maybe in null handling or in something else?

xml_node.Attributes.GetNamedItem("test").Value;
xml_node.Attributes["test"].Value;
