How to install Topologi Schematron Validator?



I am searching for a good free XML validator which can validate Schematron schemas. I would like to use Topologi Schematron Validator: http://ift.tt/1qXaE4X


I could launch Topologi Schematron Validator. However, when I tried to run a validation test, an error message popped up, saying: Run-time error '339': Component 'RICHTX32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.


Then, the program closed itself. I have intalled MSXML4.0 SP2. What should I do?
