how to use a parser? [on hold]

I'm not familiar with parsing, coding or programming BUT there is a section in my project where I have to do the following:

**I need to parse MIB entries *

I already have an XML schema that is used to create a parser and I do have the MIB entries.

I don't know how to use the XML encoding to parse the MIB entries.Where can i put the MIB entries? Is there a certain program that i should use? Do I have to put the entries inside the XML schema? and how??
