I am trying to load a very big XML file(1 GB) to Berkeley XML DB from unix shell. I have created a container of type node storage with node index. It is taking around 15 minutes to load the document. My system configuration is 64GB RAM and 2 CPU each with 4 cores. It is very much require for me to use node storage with indexing for best xquery performance Is there a way to improvise the loading performance ?
