Promoted and Distinguish properties together does not work with Envelope schema - XML Disassembler

When I apply xml disassembler on regular schema with both distinguish and property promotion on the same field, I can see the same property twice in the message context(distinguish and promoted). But If I use envelope schema, I can see distinguish property but no promoted property.

could anyone explain me why does xml disassembler behaves different?
