Read XML file in website from Excel with VB

I have an excel document where that through him I wanted to read an xml file that is on a web site. In the site xml file contains three tags. I wanted to read these three tags and make comparisons with VB in excel and then present the final result in the MsgBox. How do I do that? I would like to know the simplest way to do this.
