I have server (vps) in OVH, and after update plesk is problem with downloaded file xml with this server (use other server and function file_get_content(http://ift.tt/1w8OLCn).
But If restart server (ovh) and I want download file xml that is ok. For 5 minut is bad - 500 Internal Error...
This is very important because this is shop and i have xml with products but other site can't download my xml.
