How to access an xml file present in dropbox using url in java?

I a having an xml file present in dropbox.. I want to access the xml file using url.. But when i am giving the url in java class..and trying to parse the file from dropbox its showing a message as follows:

11-15 08:07:25.966: I/System.out(1262):

Error (403)
