How to tag my xml svg with creative commons license for machine readability?

Some SVG mark their CC license using something such as :

<svg xmlns:cc="http://ift.tt/oM8xSU">
 ...
</svg>

But as I want to be more specific, how should I add the complete license CC-by-sa-4.0, my name, my contact (email or website) into the XML structure so it's machine readable and increase my work's visibility.
