Parse kml file and show icon and CDATA description on map fragment of placemark

I am confused and stuck at kml parsing my kml file is

I want to create generic kml parser which will support all types kml I have few questions 1)kml have more then one Placemarks how to handle this? 2)how to load icons for this which is in C DATA description tag
