I'm having a little issue with Sonar and importing rules from a .xml to SonarQube. This .xml I'm trying to import was exported from another SonarQube Server and it has 498 rules in it. Now, after importing it in my SonarQube (4.5.1), it only says that it has 422. Is there any reason that 76 rules are missing after importing the .xml?
