Can't load AppCompat Toolbar Eclipse ADT

I am using several API's from AppCompat and they are working fine, such as themes etc. Now I want to add the Toolbar but my Activity keeps crashing after folowing this tutorial:

So what should I do to fix this? android.widget.Toolbaris working fine, but I did like to use below Api level 21.
