How to convert excel to xml without losing uincode data

i have excel file with unicode character means i have data on my own language from uincode. So i want to convert excel to xml.I have successfully converted but getting unncessart character like this:

How to get this data on well know unicode.Anyone have any software or link how to convert without lossing unicode value convert from excel to xml.
