How to parse "IndoorGML" to XML?



I'm doing my computer graphic project which I got stuck in one step! there is an IndoorGML file , which I have to read and make the 3D Plane base on this. The first step as professor wants is to convert this file to common format like XML. based on this link: http://indoorgml.net/ I obtain some information about the basis of IndoorGML. in the "Resource" section of the website a tool is mentioned --> Sinedt , which is not the case! because it needs the blue print image as an input then I think it will be converted to indoorGML , since I have the IndoorGML File! my preference is to work with WebGL and three.js


I think I've explained whatever is needed to be explained!


Could you please help me if you have any experience on working with IndoorGML files?
