Word Changing Last Section Break (Odd Page) Added to Section Break (next page)

I have some code which, when documents are requested from my website, generates a single word document with any documents they want printing for any people they need it printing for.

This code adds a section break (odd page) in XML to the end of documents (except for the last document printed), however, on the last page that it adds a section break for it adds a section break (next page). I've followed the code through, and even until the document is saved the section property is an odd page break. No matter where the last section break is (if i make it put it on the fourth document, fifth etc) it is always a next page break for no reason.

Any ideas?
