XML Master Professional Application Developer

I've recently received my XML Master Basic certificate. Now I want to study for the XML Master Professional Certification Exam. This consists of the following topics:

DOM / SAX DOM / SAX Programming XSLT XML Schema XML Processing System Design Technology Utilizing XML

For XSLT and XML Schema I already found a good book but I am looking for a good book on DOM and SAX Programming and specifications.

Is there anybody with some experience on these topics who can recommend me a good book or tutorial, or tell me something about the XML Professional Application Exam?
