Trying to add more option on sales minimum order amount such like product categories?

I am trying to add more option on sales minimum order amount such like product categories. each category should have individual minimum order amount?

The dynamic grid with two column. Column 1 for product categories on dropdown list. Column 2 for amount in textbox.

Any help?
