XML Issues with Quartz Composer - Request Timed Out

Is there a Delay that I can set on initial opening of my composition so that the XML Imports in it do not call all at the same time?

I have a large QC composition that is pulling several hundred XML requests to create a Dashboard. My issue, is that the XML Importers always pull data immediately upon opening this composition (it will run as a screensaver) which means that upon launch all XML files are queried concurrently based upon the order of the patches/macros they are in. I have set different refresh rates to ensure that once it is running that the XML files are not all called at once, however, upon initial load, I have a few that are timing out due to the large number of requests happening simultaneously.
