BizTalk Flat File Schema With REPEATING RECORD splited into 2 lines in pairs

I would appreciate your help and guide on creating Flat File Schema for the below file, I have also attached the image for more clarity. The major problem is that REPEATING RECORD section (DETAILS) is extended and splited into 2 lines in pair for every record. Please provide your comment. or link to Sample or artical have same issue.
