Magento proposes the 5 following store email address:
General Contact Sales Representative Customer Support Custom Email 1 Custom Email 2
I want to add a new one, for instance "Human resource".
The question has been answered here, suggesting to create a new module and a XML file, but isn't clear about the creation of the module.
