Investor Relation website development

I am creating a project in which i have to integrate the investor section for the organization.

For investor section we have to consult with NASDAQ that my client already has been discussed and given me the valid credentials, so using those credentials we can use some of the their API's to get the desired response for the all of the menus, so we can create the website for this section and can populate the data using those API's, but it's a long task to complete the section with in the sort period of time, as i am not very much aware of this section, it has a number of another functionality.

so after googling i found this investor section is the common section for all of the organization, the only part is this you have to customize your own design with them, so now my question is how can i create the investor section for the organization, either i have to create the fresh website using their API's or i have to put our core HTML design to the common place from where those(NASDAQ) developers can change the design as per our need, i am saying this from their's quotes :
