xml, JSON, MySQL What is better for a dynamic website

I already have a MySQL database and the data from it for the website can be shown among other formats, in XML, JSON or MySQL.

What is better to use for a responsive/fluid dynamic website (where only small changes are required from time to time) in terms of maintenance, economy, simplicity and speed?
