XML : org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference when tomcat server run in eclipse

I'm running tomcat server in eclipse,(org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference) these error occur.
