XML : pyXB - pyxbgen is not recognized as an internal or external command

I installed 'pyXB' using 'pip install pyxb' for python3.4

After installation i tried to run the pyxbgen command from the command line in the folder where i see a 'pyxbgen' file under the anaconda folder (with no extension).

I get the error 'pyxbgen is not recognized as an internal or external command'

what should I do? Please help, i have been researching this all over and no one seemed to have this issue.

    Yeah Iam also facing the same issue, pyxbgen is not getting recognized from command line
