I'm a student in telecommunications and i'm interested in learning policy and charging control. I found a tool named "seagull", to simulate diameter traffic but since i'm a beginner in pcc learning and i don't master this tool, i need some help.
Please, could someone, that have used this tool, help me with some seagull scenarios for simulating Gx and Gy interfaces between pcef, pcrf and ocs?
