XML : Reading XML values from AFXMLRequestOperation

I have two questions:

  • the first one, which is easier to read in, XML or JSON.
  • Second: how do I read those values so they are readble. Right now I am using AFXMLRequestOperation to read values from an XML online. This is working but I dont know how to read them in.

Any help would be much appreciated.
