XML : How can i get organization name in phpLdapAdmin custom template?

I had this ldap structure: Ldap structure

Object uid=aplocieniak was created by my custom template which i add in phpLdapAdmin/templates directory. Because i want have user with the same uid in few organization, i want create uid dynamic with 'o' value (example xnet_aplocieniak). How can i get o value of organization in my *.xml file contained template?

Unfortunetly PhpLdapAdmin does not allow to have two users with the same uid in different tree level.
