XML : xml schma xsd:all and one another element

I have 3 elements all required but can be in any order and after them one element which is optional and maxOccours unbounded. Please help me how to write xsd.

  <root>  <required any order 1/>  <required any order 2/>  <required any order 3/>  <next optional element/>  </root>
